this piece is truly a labor of love. i created this mixed media painting by layering acrylic paint, antique book pages, pastels, graphite, eggshells, lace texture, collage, delicate vellum, staples, and stitching.

my version of minimalism: white painting with a generous exploration of mediums and materials, and loads of texture and intriguing details.
