have a cup of try softer with me
have a cup of try softer with me
imagine:
feeling that itch to reach.
for your phone. for a snack. for the remote. for someone or something to distract, to numb, to escape.
but you stop.
you breathe, lean back.
soften. open. feeeeel.
what arises in that moment is uncomfy. icky, sticky, ouchy.
but this time you are not reaching.you let it pass through you.
a wave that rises hot in your blood and falls back upon itself.you are on fire, and it doesn’t burn you.
you let the incense of this now moment burnin the exquisite container of your body and find that it doesn’t consume you.sitting with tea is like this.
you sit until you melt into the mystery.
time dissolve, your form dissolves, worries, illusions, unrest… all melt with you until…
you become one with the bliss of your being.
and you are forever enough.
