how is it that the moon and sun appear exactly the same size from our perspective so that the moon will perfectly block out the sun occasionally and create this ring of light and oh so much commotion of all sorts?

just a coincidence, eh? 😘

i don’t know what compelled me seven years ago to make this drawing and then make it my logo, and then get it tattooed on my skin…

all with no logical explanation… just following my heart.

lo and behold, from where i stand now… i see the moon as the feminine - the unknown, the emotion, the shadow, the mystery, inviting.

and the sun as the masculine - consciousness, vitality, strength, illuminating.

we learn and transmit truth through symbols. and the symbol of the eclipse sings to me of the alchemical marriage like nothing else. the the masculine and feminine coming together. the two sides of the brain working in unison, the third eye opening. 👁

the unfathomable gloriousness of what each of us already is: the entire universe in an animated clay jar - utterly unique and never before seen.

if i was only ever allowed to share one message with anyone and everyone along my path it would be this:

you ARE love. this walking breathing paradox. god in the flesh. the union of all opposites.

but sometimes i’d rather paint it. you know about pictures and words. 😽💖✨

i’m making 10 of these drawings as i pray and hold the vision for this shattering truth to come alive in your body… in more and more bodies.

that you may know in your bones the unfathomable gloriousness of who and what you are.

and your world will reflect this knowing (-and the sacred union within) like the mirror that is is.  like the beautiful queen of the night reflects the light of the sun in the dark every night.

the drawings will be of this particular eclipse - april 8th, 2024. it’s going to have the pink solar flares. if you’ve seen the totality, you know what i’m talking about.

✨✨✨

(the drawing you will receive will be on a different dictionary page.)

this one of a kind drawing is mounted on 9x12 canvas board finished with a textured acrylic coat.
