dear one,

when we participate in something without a clear intention but with an open, or at least a soft heart, it's possible we get surprised in the best possible way.

yet, there is incredible value in setting an intention at the onset. knowing what it is we are looking for or desiring provides focus, a helpful lens, and the parameters for gaging success.

i would like us to pause for a moment here and set an intention for our time together in the portal.

take this prompt as far as you would like. it can be as simple as a word posted above your work table or a couple of sentences written in a journal. it can be as expansive as a collage in your art journal or vision board/inspiration wall.
